EPUISORAIL to deliver vibration isolation mats for the Kościerzyna-Gdynia railway modernization.
Modern technologies are making their way onto the railway tracks of the Pomeranian region. Budimex S.A., the general contractor for the modernization of railway lines No. 201 and 214 as part of the project “Works on the Kościerzyna – Gdynia section”, has chosen proven vibration-isolation solutions - EPUISORAIL under-ballast mats.
EPUISORAIL mats, used in ballasted track structures, effectively reduce vibrations and secondary noise while also limiting stresses transmitted through the ballast. As a result, they extend the service life of protected structures and improve the operating conditions of the railway line.
The application of EPUISORAIL mats on the Kościerzyna – Gdynia section will contribute to increased passenger travel comfort and help protect the surrounding environment from acoustic disturbances. The implementation of the project is planned for the turn of August and September 2025.
