One of the most effective is a high-performance floating floor system, which requires a screed and surface finishing with rubber mats of appropriately selected thickness. This type of floor has been tested in the laboratories of the Silesian University of Technology and achieved an increase in acoustic insulation from impact sounds at the level of 45 dB, making it one of the most effective solutions available on the market.
