Epufloor supports the construction of the new OPS Bemowo headquarters with effective foundation vibration insulation.

The investment is being carried out at Oławska Street in Warsaw, with ZAB-BUD as the general contractor. The new facility is of key importance for the functioning of the unit, which currently operates from a temporary location at 26 Pełczyńskiego Street. The building will serve an important public function, providing support to residents of the Bemowo district. Due to its direct proximity to tram infrastructure, it was necessary to implement advanced technical solutions already at the design and foundation stages.

Vibrations generated by tram traffic can negatively affect both the building structure and the comfort of people inside. Applicable standards clearly define permissible vibration levels affecting structures and users. To meet these requirements in such a demanding location, it was essential to apply effective and durable vibration insulation already at the foundation stage.

The solution was the use of closed-cell polyurethane Vibradyn S50, designed for foundation vibration isolation. The vibration insulation system was supplied by EPUACOUSTIC, a brand belonging to Epufloor. The applied solution effectively limits the transmission of vibrations from the ground to the building structure, ensuring compliance with current standards while providing long-term protection of the facility and comfort for its future users.

Thanks to the use of effective vibration insulation, the building will be able to safely and comfortably fulfill its public function, providing a friendly environment for both the center’s staff and the residents using its services.
