Skyliner II in Warsaw uses EPUACOUSTIC vibration isolation solutions.

The development currently under construction at Prosta and Towarowa streets in Warsaw is a modern skyscraper being delivered by Karimpol Polska, designed by APA Wojciechowski Architekci. The building, which will reach a height of 130 meters and offer approximately 24,000 m² of usable space, incorporates vibration isolation solutions supplied by EPUACOUSTIC, a brand belonging to Epufloor.

The tower will feature 28 above-ground floors and 5 underground levels, offering more than 23,000 m² of Class A office space and around 1,000 m² of retail and service areas. Skyliner II is being built directly next to the first phase of the complex — Skyliner I — and will be connected to it by a shared fully glazed podium of 4,500 m². The podium will include green zones, a mezzanine level, and a representative foyer, open not only to tenants but also to the residents of Warsaw.

For the foundation isolation of the new building, 130 m² of vibration isolation materials in the MEGAMAT 50/500 PAD + FYBRO system supplied by EPUACOUSTIC were used. This solution effectively limits the transmission of vibrations to the building structure while ensuring high acoustic comfort for the future occupants of the facility.

Construction of Skyliner II began in February 2024, with completion planned for 2026.
